They were super responsive, when I said my gloves were too small they immediately sent out replacements without waiting for me to return the small ones. Glove sizes may run a little small, but gloves seem good

The gloves are leather but the Knuckle armor is plastic. Kevlar would be preferable.

Our gloves currently use TPU hard knuckle protection, which is lightweight, durable, and commonly used in many riding gloves. We appreciate the suggestion and are always looking into future upgrades and stronger materials as ZamGear grows.

Too soft?? Some of the most comfortable out there box(bag) gloves I have ever had. Feel great. Have to rank them right up there with my 30 yr old Kangaroo leather gloves that I am replacing.

I ordered a size that was too small. I got them on a Friday. Emailed the company that day. They got back with me the same day sent me a bigger pair. Great customer service great product will buy again.
