All orders are processed the same business day (if placed before 2:00 PM). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
If you place an order on the weekend or during a holiday, your order will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
ZamGear Return Policy
At ZamGear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we are happy to offer a return under the following conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of the date of purchase.
- The item must be returned in new, unused condition with all original tags attached. We do not accept returns on products that have been worn, used, or altered in any way.
- The original tags must remain intact. Returns will not be accepted if the tags have been removed or damaged.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [customer service email] within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning your item.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over [your desired value], as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Sale items or any products marked as “final sale” are not eligible for returns.
