ZamGear Return Policy
At ZamGear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we are happy to offer a return under the following conditions:
Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Condition: The item must be returned in new, unused condition with all original tags attached. We do not accept returns on products that have been worn, used, or altered in any way.
No Tags Removed: The original tags must remain intact. Returns will not be accepted if the tags have been removed or damaged.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at email info@zamgear.us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning your item.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over [your desired value], as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exclusions: Sale items or any products marked as “final sale” are not eligible for returns.
