How long does order processing take?
We offer same-day processing for orders (business days only).
What happens if I order on a weekend or holiday?
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
After your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the USA, depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
ZamGear accepts returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items must be:
- New and unused
- In original condition
- With all original tags attached
Please note:
- Limited edition drops are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Size exchanges for limited edition items may be available depending on stock availability.
Do customers pay for return shipping?
No. ZamGear provides a free return shipping label for eligible returns.
Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions along with a prepaid return shipping label.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
